A: Lewis and Clark County completed an assessment indicating that Westside Woods is an appropriate area for residential growth in Helena. Based on those parameters, we developed a plan that envisions a neighborhood with diverse housing types, over 13 acres of parkland and open space, an extension of Mount Helena Park. A: Upon completion, there will be 170 units. That breaks down to 94 single-family homesites, 28 multi-family units (duplexes and fourplexes), and 48 condos.
A: In order to protect your investment there will be an HOA and covenants all lots. Condo Associations will most likely have a separate HOA. The fees will be associated with the common areas and amenities. Covenants still to be determined.

We will Implement traffic improvements identified in the Traffic Impact Study, Add Flashing Crosswalks at the nearby school and install additional traffic improvements near Kessler School requested by Helena Public School District.

No! In fact the nearby Mount Helena trail system will get bigger and better as it expands it’s trail system through the Westside Woods. Everyone is welcome to enjoy more miles of trails, more open space to explore!
